I received the replacement lanyard and connected it to the base unit - everything's working fine. Thank you so very much for your prompt response.

After lengthy and detailed research into similar emergency devices, I was most impressed with the quality and functionality of the MediVoice Alert medical monitoring system and, equally important, the EMS staffed call center. As a retired nurse, I admit to being hypercritical and skeptical when evaluating and comparing medical devices. But for every need I consider mandatory, the MediVoice Alert two-way pendant and medical monitoring system surpassed my expectations. Additionally, I greatly appreciate the detailed and rapid responses afforded, each time I contacted you. Thank you so very much for the courtesy and exemplary degree of professionalism you and Ruthann extended. I look forward to a lifelong business relationship.

Last Saturday evening I was found unconscious in my home. I managed to hit the button before going unconscious and your system quite probably saved my life. Thanks so much!

Responders, not knowing whether I'd need my pendant in the hospital, put it in one of my shoes down in my bag. I would like another new pendant to insure everything will continue to work.

I'm recovering now. This morning with the Physical Therapy team

My name is Bandi and I am an older adult who lives alone. In the past year I have used to service for falls. Also I have collapsed from pneumonia twice. EMS Sentry responded to my signal for help. On the most recent collapse I had trouble getting through because I had switched my phone service to U-verse through AT&T. Somehow my page got to the team there and help arrived. After I got home from the hospital, Larry Parker came out to replace the unit and worked two hours with his technicians to reprogram the Medivoice alert device. Now my system in compatible with my U-verse. I am very happy with Mr. Parker and his team for all his help and possibly saving my life!

My name is Christine Danley of Canton, Ohio. I have found that as we age, our bodies change, and so we must alter our lifestyles. My lifestyle has changed. Unfortunately, I have developed several disabilities and often find myself in need of assistance. After much investigation and review, I chose the MediVoice Alert® System to help me in my new lifestyle.

With my MediVoice Alert® my daughter can be summoned at any time, even while she is at work. With MediVoice Alert® I have a two-way communication with an EMT Technician which enables me to explain my situation and allow EMT Medical Personnel to enter my home if needed. Other devices I have reviewed would only summon emergency, and they have no knowledge of my needs until someone arrives at my home.

Although this may be an overlooked task, I feel that I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service the product has I receive by your company has filled a need that has been overlooked the communication in medical field.

I am, of course, very delighted to have had the pleasure of speaking with the individual that had handled my recent call about my health problem. Her professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific issues were very important to me.

I recently had a serious health condition and needed to use my MediVoice system several days in a row due to my prolonged condition I lost touch with my MediVoice operator.  In the past the operator has, always stayed on the line until help got here in.

She was so concerned she called me back on my home phone to check on me she also sent one of my contact people over to check on me.

She is the type of employee that companies need more of, I wish I had asked her name so she could be rewarded.

dave ewingI have a number of friends and family who protect their loved ones with this service. Works inside, outside and when they go to warmer climates over the winter. Simple, easy to use and is monotored by EMS Trained personnel. I have yet to find a better one for my friends & family.

Robert Lichty The EMS Sentry was a benefit to my 90 year old father in his final months. Too bad we could not talk him into one sooner. A good product and we recommend it.
